This list used to have a lot of Hawaii Podcasters on it.. Is it still
the case? If so we are looking for speakers at Podcamp Hawaii..

As most of you here in Hawaii probably know we are working real hard to
put on a world class event here in Honolulu on Oct 24-25th we hope that
all of the Hawaii podcasters could step up to the plate and help out as
much as possible we really need some extra bodies to make this thing a
success.

You can get some extra exposure during the event as well by speaking on
a subject. We are looking for speakers as well as volunteers so we know
you all will help out. Reply here if you want more info or visit the

So far in July I will be in Kauai on July 6 and in Maui on July 11.

It's the best excuse for a long-overdue podcaster meet!  The Hawaii
Geek Meet is an all-inclusive geekfest.  A potluck picnic where we can
not only talk shop amongst ourselves, but also reach out and learn
from and network with geeks of all stripes.  Born from the spirit of
Manoa Geeks, Bytemarks, the Unconferenz, TechHui, and other fantastic
local interest and user groups, I think podcasters (and wannabe
podcasters) would be a natural part of this fantastic mix.

Hi, Keith! Welcome!

Sorry your message was held by the mailing list's spam blocker. How it
lets actual spam through and stops real messages I'll never
understand. The bittersweet good news is, Keith has said that he won't
actually be able to make it on the 26th... so there's still time to
arrange another Honolulu meetup depending on his travel schedule (and
fortunately, Keith is here fairly often!).

Whether timed to Keith's next trip or not, we podcasters are
definitely well overdue for a big confab.  I mean, it's been so long
since the last one, I actually started my "LOST" podcast up again!  :)

It was fun to have lunch with Rox this week. She alerted me to your group here.
I will be back
on Feb. 21 and 26, for anyone interested. I'm also interested in visiting a Koi
farm in Mililani
(another hobby of mine) one of those days, if anyone is interested. I should be
able to get to
HNL more frequently, as well as the neighbor islands. Would also appreciate
comments on
my show.
