News on current and former GPO, Post Office, BT and Royal Mail vehicles reported by members and friends of the Post Office Vehicle Club.

Two new types of mailvan entered service from November 2009. A new "compact" mailvan (70 cubic feet) is the Peugeot Bipper with over two thousand on order and the Vauxhall Vivaro 2700 225 cubic feet mailvan. The initial order is for 400 Vivaros. Previously Royal Mail specified the Ford Transit (2003-2008) and before that the now defunct LDV Pilot for this size of mailvan.
