The motor uses the 3 gears of the sram via a single external gear reduction and
the rider also uses the 3 gears of the sram via the traditional bicycle external
gear reduction.

The bike was never the problem, only the rider. LOL

Not just a randy ..(planet ryder) motor , but the use of 3 gears for a motor... http://tinyurl.com/kokjrj is what I am after as the most efficient drive...
