You use a special character to split the tool tip into multiple lines. To
see the special character for your pcf file open the PowerPro configuration
program, select "Command Lists", press "Setup...", select "All Bars and
Menus", press "Tool tip setup...", and look at "Split into multi-lines with
this character".

Insert this character into a tool tip where you want a new line.
