Hello all!

Has anyone ever used the Donation Coder program called "Barnacle"?
It creates a custom toolbar in any application using an ini file (much
like the one pp exports), but it has the unique ability to "dock" its
toolbar just under the menubar of the window. Is it possible to make
PowerPro do this?
