Subject: Good News and Bad News, re X-Conference and "Dan Burisch" bio-flap.

Note: We have good news and bad news for the retail UFOlogy spinners playing
their usual "Circle Game" with the X-Conference organized by Stephen Bassett
here near Washington, DC last weekend. Good News &Bad News: We were there!
For
it all!

As the subject email of this reply was broadcast to a large list, whose
identities and levels of interest in this and related "inside baseball"
UFO-spin-cycles are unknown, the entire list is being spared a detailed
response to the
subject email (below). If you are interested, repeat: if you ARE interested,
please email me directly/individually for inclusion on a list (kept private)
to
receive my X-Conference primary reports as they are completed. If you
subsequently with to post them elsewhere, so long as they're left intact and
with
attribution, fine. Otherwise, this is the last from me on this topic.

All we'll say about "X-Conference" spin as presented below is that the "Dan
Burisch" story seems to be "Robert Lazar Redux," the creation and spinning
out
of one more paranoid disinformation campaign generated and promoted by "the
usual suspects" and aimed at deflecting mainstream media and political
interest
in biological warfare related programs, not necessarily conducted (in recent
years) by "US Government."

Coincidentally or not, I witnessed the relatively hostile exchange which
took
place between longtime UFO "conspiracist" William Hamilton and both Harry
Dschaak &Sterling Allen (the pair who had driven 37 hours straight from the
Idaho farm where Dschaak describes himself as a dairy farmer) to the
X-Conference.
They said (to me and to others) they wanted to present material about Dan
Burisch, with whom they appeared to be sincerely empathetic and concerned
for his
welfare. We also have a copy of a late-February email Dschaak and Allen had
sent to Stephen Bassett, an exchange in which Bassett was apparently trying
to
deflect Dschaak and Allen from presenting any Dan Burisch material, his
context or their communications with Dan Burisch at the X-Conference. We
have not
asked Mr. Bassett to comment on this transaction. It is apparent that
Stephen
took his direction on this from "higher ups."

Following a presentation to the conference by Mr. Hamilton in which HE
introduced the Dan Burisch situation to a small group of folks present at
his
individual session (while other, better-attended presentations were going on
simultaneously), and then a presentation by Linda Moulton Howe which WAS
well-attended and in which Linda mentioned the Dan Burisch story in a rather
"passing"
fashion unlikely to register in the broader context of her presentation to
other
than die-hard saucer conspiracists, Hamilton was confronted by a frustrated
and angry Dschaak and Allen. These two said that Burisch warned them that
three
hours of videotape of his interview by Mr. Hamilton, which was videotaped by
Ron Garner (who was also present at the event and who also witnessed the
exchange between Hamilton and Dschaak), "would be sliced and diced" and not
presented fairly. They confirmed that this was their own perception after
having seen
Hamilton's and Howe's treatment of the Burisch affair.

Interestingly, when the two "off-the-plantation" guys (Dschaak and Allen)
confronted Dr. Michael Salas, whose book "Exo-Politics" lists every
conspiracy
retail UFOlogy has spun for the past fifteen years and gives equal weight
and
credence to them all, (as Salas's transparently myopic focus on alleged "US
Government" secrecy without a mention of the global geopolitical and
military-intelligence competitions with which the United States is and has
been engaged
Cold War's end changed the world), Dr. Salas told Dschaak and Allen that his
email communications with them, as well as with the alleged "Dr. Dan
Burisch," had
been handled in concert "with Hamilton." It was evident from Dschaak's and
Allen's reactions that they had no previous idea of Salas's apparent linkage
with an emergent "Burisch Management Infrastructure." ;-)

Linda Moulton Howe told several other conference attendees and "insiders"
standing at her table in the meeting room lobby after her presentation that
she,
also, had so far taken all of her direction and information about Dan
Burisch
"from Bill Hamilton."

For those uninformed about Mr. Hamilton, he has long been a conspiracy
spinner in the circle promoted by the oxymoronically named "Inner Light
Publishing"
company of Timothy Green Beckley, in New Jersey, who under another company
name has at times promoted "militia-patriot" conspiracies in ultra-rightwing
literature, as "disinfo."
Essentially, it is our ongoing assessment that Beckley and Hamilton, (who
for
years has been "Mr. UFO Conspiracy" based out of MUFON's Los Angeles
infrastructure), are tasked with spinning "far-out" UFO conspiracies to
marginalize
the entire topic. It is also our estimate, always subject to revision as
more
data converges, that Larry Bryant provides the quiet oversight and
management of
BOTH sides of such issues.
A kinder, smoother more erudite, low-key professional one will not find
anywhere!!! A career Pentagonian who retired from the Army "news" service as
a
civilian in 1994, Mr. Bryant has in the past fronted several "high-profile"
disclosure initiatives, which "unfortunately" never seem to lead anywhere --
except
to more UFO conspiracies.

Ya gotta love these guys!
No doubt true patriots at war with "competing elites," to quote political
scientist Dr. Thomas Dye, for control of the "bridge" of Spaceship Earth as
we
rush toward the fate of an "exploded" planet which, as the X-Conference also
"learned" from Richard Hoagland and Dr. Thomas Van Flandern (recently
"retired"
as chief of Celestial Mechanics at the U. S. Naval Observatory -- go figure
;-), that Mars was destroyed when "Planet V," (remnants of which are the
asteroid
belt between Mars and Jupiter) exploded, either 65 million years ago or 3.2
million years ago, (they're not sure yet).
More about that aspect of the "X-Conference" in subsequent reports, also.
And
you are missing the boat if you've not yet read "The Stargate Conspiracy,"
by
UK authors Lynn Picknett and Clive Prince, published in the US, sadly, on
September 4, 2001.
While at your bookstore to order "Stargate," check into Ms. Picknett's most
recent book, as well as their joint effort (Picknett &Prince) published in
1997, pre-Stargate.
The subject matter they reported figures in the "fictional" current top best
sellers of author Dan Brown, i.e., "The DaVinci Code" and "Angels and
Demons."

P. S. -- Conspiracy theory for non-ufologically minded: Nefarious
former-military (DIA, with Navy and USAF collusion at mid-staff levels to
provide
"deniability" to brass) in the Retail UFOlogy arena are spinning the Burisch
story to
create an impression in the "paranoid ultra-rightwingnut" population cohort,
that a "joint alien-human" project to develop diseases deadly to humans NOT
in
favor with the "Cabal" is behind what non-ufologically minded Watchers
wonder
may not be a non-alien human bio-control project by the inheritors of the
Nazi space program/Project Paperclip legacy. Salas, in his book, takes pains
to
discuss "Paperclip," as much to spin readers away from the Nazi-technology
uptake as did the late Col. Corso's "Day After Roswell" book.

In that vein, retired USAF Lt. Col. Donald Ware, when asked (by this writer)
"Who is Dr. William Birnes," currently the publisher/owner of "UFO Magazine"
and co-author of Corso's book, Lt. Col. Ware said: "I believe he was
assigned
to assist in writing Corso's book, to make sure it was injected with enough
"bulls**t" to insure that it got little notice in the mainstream press and
public." Ware, himself a stated believer in the "ETs are here" explanation
of some
retail UFOlogical lore, had more to say but in the interest of brevity we'll
save that for another report (to those who invite same).

P. P. S. -- Just to correct "the record" as depicted in the following email,
as received, the "X-Conference" was held April 16 - 18, 2001, at the Hilton
Hotel in Gaithersburg, Maryland. Given the "conspiracist" focus on April 19,

This appears to be a verbatim press release authored by Harry Dschaak.

I reiterate: this has the aroma of a very elaborate and not yet
fully-sprung DISinformation operation by the Cabal behind the UFO
Cover-Up.

I have never heard of Idahoan Harry Dschaak. Nor his side-kick, Sterling
Allan. Dschaak's "eMediaWire" newswire appears to be the electronic
equivalent of the free, throw-away weekly advertisers that end up
unbidden on people's lawns, i.e., 95+% advertisements. I.e., not a
serious news wire service.

Whether "Dr. Dan Burisch" is who he says he is remains to be seen. It is
extremely unlikely that a couple of hick amateur reporters would be
allowed past shoot-to-kill security around Area 51/S-4 unless the shadow
government running that installation wanted some patsies for an
"operation." If their purpose were to truly see that competent world
press exposure came to the alleged Burisch, then they would have
summoned Woodward and Bernstein of the Washington Post.

The believability of this story rests, according to the story itself, on
a "volunteer team of amateur researchers". (No truer words have been
written.)

Further, their investigations end up on the pathetic Web site, "Godlike
Productions," self-described as devoted to "conspiracy theorists and
lunatic fringe." Indeed. The site's April 22 edition prominently
features a series of fart stories.

The presence of Michael Salla, Ph.D. and Steven Greer, MD in this
roll-out only further confirms that this is a trial ballon in a
carefully-laid DISinformation operation of some magnitude. Both of
these individuals present themselves as interested in UFO disclosure
while denying any significance to their Rockefeller connections.


Linda Moulton Howe, a journalist of some competence, has been used and
burned before, a la a U.S. Air Force Intelligence sting operation
involving
disinformation-peddler Sgt. Dick Doty. Her selection for involvement is
clearly not an accident.

The good name of documents-researcher Dr. Robert Wood is being used to
shore up this story, with his being fed a shredded "document,"
miraculously restored, which "allegedly" __may__ represent a
communication between "a present major world leader" and Dan Burisch. Or
may represent a CIA-grade forgery.

In a further attempt to give cachet to this $1.98 report, the
e-advertiser "reporters" visit a staff member of Senator Orrin Hatch to
try to interest him in having the Senator hold hearings to give Dan
Burisch a forum for his "testimony." They admit:

"The staff member informed Dschaak and Allan that there are thousands of
cases vying to be brought into a Congressional hearing." In other words,
they were given the brush-off.

The content of the alleged Dan Burisch's future testimony gives away who
is behind this psy-ops and why. If given a national forum such as a
Congressional Hearing, "Dr. Dan Burisch" would speak about:

1) working on an extraterrestrial disease that can be inserted into
Earth microbes that would contagion humans, i.e., the dreaded Alien
Virus Epidemic; and,

2) an alleged "'Tau-IX' treaty that exists between certain
extraterrestrial groups and a group of powerful, international, racist,
elitist humans," i.e., "Sneaky Evil Aliens" in cahoots with bad guys on
Earth.
Burisch's prescribed agenda does show some signs of intelligence in his
Cabal script-writers. The Cabal of course want to plant fear in the
hearts of all Americans, (and people worldwide, once the news coverage
goes global).

How better than to threaten the world with deadly alien cooties, for
which there is no immunity. And the Cabal wants to sell the idea of
"Evil Aliens." How better than to reveal a sneaky pact between Evil
Aliens and unnamed Earth Bad Guys. The Bad Guys are conveniently
unnamed, but you can be sure will not include the real Cabal.

And the Cabal has gotten sophisticated enough to realize that they can
no longer sell a public, whose members include many experiencers, the
idea that all the Star Visitors are "evil alien invaders." Any more than
they can continue to fool the public that there is no such thing as a
UFO. So, it is clear that the Cabal is going to leap-frog from denying
UFO reality to engineering disclosure that "contact has happened with
the Star Nations, but that some of them are evil."

The ultimate purpose being to cow the public into stepping aside while
Halliburton and Carlisle Group, etc., get the contract to blow them
alien suckers out of the sky, a la Independence Day ?e movie. The
roll-out of this horse opera as the U.S. Presidential Campaign starts to
get into high gear is, of course, coincidental. Is this an Option-B
"October Surprise?" They wouldn't do that, would they?!

A couple questions I will ask, though, are:

1) If Disclosure Project's 20 credentialed military/
intelligence/defense-industry witnesses to UFO reality could not get a
Congressional Hearing, and then if the shadowy "Dr. Dan Burisch" gets a
Congressional Hearing, are we entitled to conclude that the fix is in?

2) Or that the geoplutocrats behind the Cabal get to determine what is
accorded a televised public Congressional Hearing on the UFO subject?

WASHINGTON, DC April 22, 2004 ?n Burisch, a Ph.D. microbiologist
presently in lock-down in Area 51 related black ops, who has expressed
willingness to testify publicly, is one step closer to getting immunity
and the Congressional hearing he seeks.

Harry Dschaak and Sterling Allan, who met with Dr. Burisch on April 5
via an insider-invited breach of his lock-down status, traveled by car
across the country to Washington D.C. and presented his case to several
members of Congress two weeks later on April 19, 2004.

According to an earlier report about his readiness to disclose upon
receiving immunity, Dr. Burisch has said he will answer all questions
put to him if subpoenaed to do so. Dschaak (pronounced DeeShock) and
Allan focused their efforts on the office of Senator Orrin Hatch, R-Utah
because of his position as Chairman of the Judiciary Committee. They
also visited with the staff of other Senate members from Idaho, Utah,
and Nevada, where Dschaak, Allan, and Dr. Burisch reside, respectively.

A Hatch staff member who met with Dschaak and Allan to be briefed on the
matter, said this case would likely fall under the Select Committee on
Security. Notwithstanding a full schedule, Senator Hatch did offer the
courtesy of a quick stop in the conference room where the briefing took
place.

The staff member informed Dschaak and Allan that there are thousands of
cases vying to be brought into a Congressional hearing. Allan said that
this issue regarding Dr. Burisch is being watched by thousands worldwide
and that he would be glad to commence a petition effort if that could
help demonstrate the mandate that is behind this matter. Allan's
petition basically offers people an opportunity to voice their support
of subpoenaing Dr. Burisch' for a Congressional hearing or other
appropriate deposition.

The Burisch deposition would include producing evidence of deadly virus
design, with a signature genetic sequence included that could
unobtrusively prove the laboratory origin of the virus. These organisms
are similar to HIV and SARS, which researchers such as Len Horowitz,
M.D., have documented as having man-made, laboratory origins.

The testimony would also include a report of approximate one year period
of time in which he was assigned to work on a living extraterrestrial
being who offered himself as part of an agreed-upon exchange at S4 of
Area 51 north of Las Vegas, NV. He can also testify of human subjects
he heard who were/are being held at S4 and being treated as laboratory
animals against their will. He also claims to have first-hand
experience with working stargates. What form the evidence for such
would take is yet to be determined.

Dr. Burisch also claims to be privy to work being done to capture the
genetic components of an extraterrestrial disease and insert that into
microbial vectors that can target human beings, which Dschaak compares
to creating a Cholora-like epidemic of a deadly disease for which there
is no previous immunity developed.
Perhaps the most crucial part of his testimony would regard his
knowledge of a purported 'Tau-IX' treaty that exists between certain
Extraterrestrial groups and a group of powerful, international, racist,
elitist humans.

This cabal has allegedly been using their tight control of
Extraterrestrial information over the past half a century as a means of
exerting extant control over affairs on earth, from government, to
energy, to technology, and healing. Meanwhile, they mainly withhold
these technological advances from the lay populous while personally
benefiting from these things themselves. The treaty also purportedly
provides allowances for transitive human abductions.

A professional investigative reporter, Linda Moulten Howe, in reporting
on April 19 on the Dan Burisch situation among other secret ops relating
to extraterrestrials, gave evidence that the secrecy was first put in
place by President Harry Truman. This arose out of what could be
considered to be benign intentions of shielding the lay public from what
to him was a shocking situation in order to avoid mass hysteria and
panic.

From that time, the official stance of the U.S. government was to deny
any involvement with or knowledge of Extraterrestrial beings. She argues
that while some information may yet merit secrecy for purposes of
national security because of its military implications, that world
should at least be brought into knowledge of the general case of
extraterrestrial interaction with earth.

Another researcher who has been reporting recently about Dr. Burisch,
and received a dialogue communication as recently as April 16, is
Michael E. Salla, Ph.D. He purports that there are many alien races that
have visited or who now are occupants upon the earth. He wanted to know
from Dr. Burisch if he had interaction with more than one species.

Dr. Burisch reported that he had only interacted with one race, which
was a type of a Gray called a J-rod; and believed there were three in
all: two males and one female, the latter of which was allowed to return
from whence she came. The males expired.

A research group, headed by Robert Wood, Ph.D., who is involved in
proving the authenticity of some original MJ-12 (extraterrestrial-secret
controllers) documents are presently now focusing on a recently
recovered (was shredded) document that alleges to be communications
between a present major world leader and Dr. Dan Burisch.

Though Dr. Burisch is now in even more stringent lock-down, with tight
security around him, he has superiors on the inside who are in favor of
disclosure. Back-door communications are still taking place. Allan
predicts that the handlers will facilitate access to Dr. Burisch at such
time as a subpoena may be produced for him to testify before Congress or
other appropriate bodies.

According to Stephen Greer, M.D., head of the Disclosure Project, the
case for secrecy is beginning to melt, as thousands of material
witnesses are beginning to step forward. These include individuals from
within the U.S. government including the military, CIA, FBI.

Greer sees the Burisch case as a likely poster child case for the many
scientists and operatives who have been involved in various facets of
this "kleptocracy," as he calls it. Greer asserts that this elitist
clique does not want disclosure because the spin-off technologies that
will be made available to the world will result in their loss of control
because of the level of empowerment it will afford the lay citizen.

"Each home could have its own power generation system that taps into the
sea of energy that surrounds us. The problem of world hunger could be
solved within ten years."

Underlying all these researchers is a volunteer team of amateur
researchers who have been following the Burisch story and who have been
receiving a significant volume of insider-leaked covert communications
with the intent of disclosure. Their forum,

has recently become subject to junk message attacks to overwhelm
legitimate messages.

Dschaak believes that the reason Dr. Burisch is being protected from
being mortally terminated, despite his past disclosures and his intended
future disclosures, which usually result in an untimely death sentence
of the person making such sensitive disclosures, is because he is in
process of developing technologies for those on the inside, which he
alone is capable of furthering at this time.

Dr. Burisch wants to make sure that these technologies are made
available for peaceful purposes, and not for the furtherance of
oppression. Allan speculates that if they have their way, the elitists
on the inside, who are working with a darker agenda-holding faction of
extraterrestrial, would inoculate themselves with this particle of life
and then eradicate billions of non-immune humans using the super
disease.

The thrust of Dr. Burisch's present project, the Lotus Project, involves
a "Ganesh Particle" that holds promise for being able to efficiently
heal damaged cells and tissue ?"fountain of youth" kind of
technology. According to Dschaak, "Dr. Burisch has said that he has
until March 15, 2005 to present a written paper fully describing this
technology to those who are his handlers, who in turn begrudgingly
answer to a shadowy elitist group, who allegedly have ties to a less
benevolent faction of Extraterrestrial beings." Dr. Burisch's handlers
are former members of the Committee of the Majority, who Dan refers to
as Maji.

Allan and Dschaak reported to Senator Hatch's staff member that the
window of time for calling a Congressional hearing for Dr. Burisch is
therefore short. Many who have followed the secrecy behind the
extraterrestrial question for the past half century posit that time is
drawing near a critical point of no return if disclosure does not take
place. Greer compares this to the "D-1" stage of take-off for an
airplane. "You reach a point in which you either take off, or you crash
off the end of the runway."

Dr. Burisch has already disclosed volumes of information. Video
interviews with him are available, such as a 68-minute interview he did
with Bill Hamilton on Sept. 18, 2002. Another, more professional video
interview with Dr. Burisch by a former Fox news cameraman is in process
of being released.

But there is some information that Dr. Burisch does not wish to disclose
until he receives immunity. While he believes he can explain how in his
mind he was justified in participating in these projects, he thinks that
others might be quick to point an accusing finger, possibly wanting to
charge him with war crimes.

Until he can be protected from such charges, he does not wish to
disclose certain of the facts he has at his disposal. Furthermore, he
also does not wish to trample the oaths he is under; and a subpoena
would provide him legal grounds to speak freely ?ich he has
repeatedly stated to be his desire. He is not worried about death.
Dschaak observes that Dr. Burisch faced the likelihood of an untimely
death a long time ago and has made peace with his maker.

We already have a wealth of information from the testimonies that have
been given by Dr. Burisch. He apparently wants to be able to get these
other things out in the open as well.
