The link of the picture is a "graph" of Earths radio / TV broadcasts
and by how far they have reached to stars in our galaxy .
 
If your impression of a race is made by watching their TV
signals or listening to their radio broadcasts , what would
your Exoplitical view be of Earth , if you were an Alien
receiving these signals ?
 
Would we as a race be viewed as Karmically Illiterate ?
Or Karmically Enlightened ?
