Sometimes its hard to be positive when things are so bad, but we must do our
best. How easy it would be to turn your head and distance yourself from
anything that might make ones emotions feel negative and not get
involved? Especially when someone tells you feeling emotionally positive is key
to your Ascension process. I cant help but feel that to do so means removing
oneself from the nasty bad horrible things that life throws at us from time to
time. In fact I feel that it is a nessessity to aquaint oneself with these
negative experiences, as thats a part of why we are here - not to run away. They
are like tests which give us choices, the choices we then make determine the
outcome of ourselves. As Geoffrey Rush as the Marquis de Sade in the movie

Aloha all, there has been confusion as to when a post is Off Topic so I thought
I would give some guidelines for when a post is considered Off Topic, and how
this is dealt with by myself and others on the moderating team. This is
necessary since Off Topic posts can result in moderation of posters and removal
of Off Topic posts from the Prepare4contact forum.

A post is considered Off Topic if there is no explicit connection to our
discussions of the extraterrestrial presence, or how we can prepare for contact
with extraterrestrials. In many cases Off Topic posts are obvious as in the case
of partisan political posts or religous advocacy. Other common examples of Off
Topic posts are those exclusively focusing on Zionism, NESARA, Earth Ascension,
New Age Channelling, Patriot Act, Chemtrails, etc. This does not mean one can't
post on any of these topics but it is required that you make the connection to
the ET subject explicit.

In most cases this only requires minimal effort by the poster. For example, in
discussing chemtrails, you might point out that the controllers are placing
toxic metals in the atmosphere as part of an effort to create a global shield in
order to monitor and/or prevent ET vehicles entering or leaving the Earth.

Most who do post Off Topic simply assume that since the topic is so important
that the ET connection is obvious. E.g., Religion, Chemtrails, Mind Control,
etc. Please note that this is not the case. Many on the p4c forum need to be
shown the ET connection. Please don't assume that the ET connection is obvious
since you have done so much research on the topic and it is so important to you.

In general, I and others on the moderating forum follow the following process in
dealing with Off Topic posts. You will receive a friendly reminder to stay on
topic. If the off topic posts continue you can be placed on moderation until
your posts fulfill the posting requirements. I and others on the moderating team
have the discretion to remove off topic posts, discourage continuation of such
threads and place the posters on moderation.

Moderation simply means that your posts will be monitored and if they meet the
posting guidelines, they are approved. If they don't then you receive a
rejection message with a brief explanation for why it was rejected. If a person

Hi there planet lifters.

Don't you just hate it when you spend a huge amount of time effort and
energy doing a letter and then the programme suddenly closes and you lose
it??? That’s just happened to me with this newsletter! The 2nd time around
never seems to have quite the same enthusiasm ... and yet I must accept that
there is reason in all things and this attempt will be the one that is meant
to be received! I cannot do anything to change this ... but I can change my
attitude.

(Four hours later) I was unable to change my attitude. In fact losing the
newsletter turned out to be the straw that broke the camel’s back! I threw a
tantrum ... (luckily home alone) and shouted and ranted to the powers that
be .... I then dramatically went to my bed, hid under the covers (not sure
from whom) and awoke three hours later! I feel better now. It's good to vent
every now and then, although I was glad it was not witnessed by another
living soul. However my words to Higher powers would definitely have been
heard ... wether understood, I have no idea. I don’t feel bad or ashamed
about my rant ... 'they' should try it ... being down here some times. Not
that easy to always be of Love and Light when dealing with reality ... or
is it the dream? Who knows! Either way it just ain’t always that easy to
keep it together. And today I definitely was not able to do so  ... nor did
I care!

However ... that being said and done ... let us move right along.

September already? Surely not! People talking of Christmas plans. Far out!!
Yet we always say this don't we? We can't believe how time flies. The thing
about that is ... we draw ever closer, ever quicker to 2010 and all that

happier that many were able to experience 'change' within their Being as

Now, a thought that filtered through the other night  ... May I ask? How
much value do you place upon an hour’s chat and a cup of coffee out with a
friend (your shout!). Cost? What? Maybe $10? And ... how much value do you
place upon the uplifting wisdom that many souls now offer freely on their
websites? Cost? $0? Wouldn' t it be such a lovely thing if each of you
considered donating just $10 ... just once a year ... to these sites that
have souls working long hours into the night for the betterment of
mankind, what a difference it might make to their lives! So many give hours
and hours freely, offering service through Love alone, but ask any one of
them ... does it pay the bills? If you have five sites you visit a lot, or
receive messages from ... that’s just $50 … a year!. Not a month , a year.
How much value do you put upon all these teachings? Some chose to charge
a subscription to keep afloat, many give freely, but Truly, I say on behalf
of myself and all those who give in Loving service just $10 ... once a
year would take such pressure off finding financial support ... and I bet
your bottom dollar not one person who, when having just another 15 emails to
reply to before they go to bed would disagree with me. Your call of course
... but please give it some thought. We are not out to scam you, only to

Lake (a.k.a., Area 51) is located right next to the Test Site.
Although Area 51 officially has had no direct relationship to the Test
Site for all these years even though it is located right next to it, it
is my opinion that things will change in the very near future.

With this new policy and development, my belief is that some of the
programs and operations of Area 51 may be extended further west into the
Test Site (now officially called National Security Site).

It is apparent that R & D (research and development) and testing of
emerging new technologies (in the name of "anti-terrorism" weaponry)
will be conducted in the newly designated National Security Site.

If this is the case, Area 51 will expand and definitely benefit from the
possible use of much larger space to integrate their own programs in
conjunction with the National Security Site.

Let us hope that if this will be the course, that such R & D and testing
programs will be conducted without any serious environmental

Drunvalo has been wrong about so many things and changed his "tune" about so
many things so many times that I wouldn't give him too much energy..last I heard
he said that dec21 2012 is no more significant than any other day in the "window
of time" ,between 2007 and 2015, when a big change will occur...he claims the
transition could occur anytime between 2007 and 2015...he really doesn't know
and NOBODY knows if and when a major shift may happen,there are SOOO many
variables,the biggest being humanities ability to step up to the plate...just

Drunvalo has been wrong about so many things and changed his "tune" about so
many things so many times that I wouldn't give him too much energy..last I heard
he said that dec21 2012 is no more significant than any other day in the "window
of time" ,between 2007 and 2015, when a big change will occur...he claims the
transition could occur anytime between 2007 and 2015...he really doesn't know
and NOBODY knows if and when a major shift may happen,there are SOOO many
variables,the biggest being humanities ability to step up to the plate...just
speculations everywhere in the new-agey circus.live NOW ,forget the 2012 hype

Peckman launches educational campaign on ET commission  initiative

After stalling out  several times, an initiative to create a commission in
Denver to study  extraterrestrials is once again looking to take off.
Jeff Peckman kicked  off his voter education campaign this week for Initiative
300, which  would establish a seven-member panel that would be charged with
collecting data and research to prepare Denverites in the event of a  possible
alien encounter. The initiative received enough valid  signatures to be placed
on the November ballot.
Peckman yesterday was  enthusiastic about raising awareness for his initiative.
The voter  education campaign seeks to “educate the voters with as many good
facts  as I can get in front of them when they’re paying attention,”
according
to Peckman.
Peckman wants to let  people know that the commission would not cost taxpayers
anything. He is  also looking to educate people about a wide range of issues
that he  believes are directly related to extra terrestrial visitations, such as
clean energy, jobs and environmental health.
“There’s a great deal  to be gained by including the topic of extra
terrestrial
visitors into  those discussions,” he said.
Initiative 300 would  create a seven-person panel consisting of volunteers who
are  “knowledgeable experts” on extraterrestrials. The commission would be
funded entirely by grants, gifts and donations, according to Peckman.
Peckman believes  Denver is in a good position to lead the country. For one,
Denver is  closer to outer space than almost any other major U.S. city, he
said.
“This information is  going to get out there sooner or later, Denver could
take
the lead,” he  said.
Peckman  pulled a similar initiative from the November 2008 ballot after
gathering the 4,000 signatures needed to place it on the ballot. He said  at the
time that he pulled the measure because then-presidential  candidate Barack
Obama was likely going to become president and would  release documents related
to alien encounters. But after being elected,  Peckman became disillusioned that
Obama or his cabinet would have the  “will or courage to disclose UFO
files,” so
he started the campaign  again.
“It’s time to go over  the heads of elected public servants directly to the
voters,” Peckman  writes on his Web site. “James Madison, (America’s)
fourth
president,  wrote that, ‘The People are the only legitimate fountain of
power.’”
Not everyone in the  extraterrestrial community supports Peckman’s initiative.
When he was  gearing up for the initiative, the Rocky Mountain Paranormal
Research  Society said Peckman was making a mockery of the topic.
“We tend to approach  things with intelligence,” Matthew Baxter, a
paranormal
investigator  with the Rocky Mountain Paranormal Research Society, told the
Denver  Daily last year. “They would like to get assistance from the
government
on something the government is covering up.”
But Peckman believes  there is support for his initiative, and that it would
help convince the  American government and the rest of the world to disclose UFO
“X-Files,” which supposedly include details of alien encounters here on 
earth
and across the universe. He said last year that six billionaires  with an
interest in alien issues would line up to show their financial  support for the
commission.

www.burgermeister.at in March 2009 and is using the domain’s email address
jane@... assuming my identity as part of a fraud, it has emerged.
We Are Change Austria posted up a report on August 22 2010 sent from the
jane@... email address on their blog, thinking I had sent it. The
report from jane@burgermeister. at  stated “I am a fake, just like Tami Flu
and Al Qaeada while we need Al Qreaida.”
In German: „Jane Bürgermeister Sagt: 22.08.2010 um 23:01 e Ich bin auch nur
ein Fake, so wie Tami Flu und Al Kaida dafür brauchen wir Al Kreida!“
The report has since been taken down.
It now turns out that the email must have come from an employee of Tribal DDB,
using the jane@... address.
According to information on the Austrian domain registry base, NIC, Tribal
DDB’s Munich office bought the domain name www.burgermeister.at in March 2009.
This is shortly after I informed people of my intention to file charges against
Baxter for contaminating 72 kilos of the seasonal flu with the bird flu virus
and so nearly triggering a global pandemic, which I did on April 8th, 2009.
Because Novartis is a client of Tribal DDB, there is a clear link between
Novartis and the efforts to smear me that have recently intensified.
Richard Guest, Tribal DDB Co President of US operations lists Novartis, Merck
and other pharmaceutical giants among his clients on the Tribal DDB website.

The fake jane@... email delivering fraudulent reports is just the
latest in a whole series of fake Jane Burgermeister sites, including websites
and face group sites. But this is the first time concrete evidence that one of
pharmaceutical companies profitting from the false swine flu pandemic and
attempts to smear me has been found.
Also, Daniel Vassella, CEO of Novartis attended the Bilderberg meeting in Athens
in 2009 along with Austrian Chancellor Werner Faymann.
I am currently facing an orchestrated smear campaign not just on the web but
also from the Austrian justice system that is making provably false claims that
I am incompetent in handling my inheritance in order to put me under a court
guardian and eventually to put me in a psychiatric hospital.
In the Soviet Union, putting dissidents in psychiatric hospitals to break them
mentally and physically also by use of forced medication was a common practices
and considered torture.
There is now a link between Novartis’s activities of smearing me on the
website and the Austrian government’s current activities of smearing me using
the justice system in order to detain me and eliminate me – and that link is
the Bilderberg group and its members Daniel Vassella and Werner Faymann.
