LaserJet 4250 paper jams   Message List

I have a customer with a Laserjet 4250, when feeding from tray 1 I get
a paper jam (13.05.00) leading edge of paper stops just before the
transfer roller. Feeding from Trays 2 and 3 there's no problems. I
tried changing Tray 1 feed Assembly and the problem continues. Any
suggestions?

The 13.05.00 error indicates a jam in the top cover area (the exit area). This can also be triggered by paper not arriving at the fuser or past that in time. ...
