Well after a few trial and error sessions I came to the conclusion that the 3200 had a bad firmware DIMM card - ordered a new one (have to send the old back)...

Note for the future on toner/fuser laden printers when cleaning - don't use
compressed air and don't use a shop vac. If you don't have access to a
"toner vac"...
You can't really cross the errors over. HP's 52 is different than
IBM/Lexmark. The Optra's 52 means flash memory is full, may not be the same
for the Network...
