You have to download WinProto.
From there, the 'install' file should help. Use the MS-DOS prompt to
start it, and you'll need minimal.proto as the input database.

Hi! I've recently downloaded Winproto in the hopes of starting a small MUCK for some people I know and was wondering if I could get some help in figuring out...

Read the manual and look for MUF tutorials online. Or you could always look for code other people have written and disect it and put it back together again...
