Those are fairly standard and simple macros, which is why you probably
won't find them archived anywhere. What follows is the to best of my
recollection:

.tell -> me @ swap notify ( s -- )
.otell -> loc @ me @ rot notify_except ( s -- )

I could be wrong, as I haven't used MUF in a good long while.

macros otell".
