The entrepreneur business school is a hands-on experience of entrepreneursh=
ip in action.
Prior to the event you will be invited to submit your own current business =
proposal or new business idea for the challenge. From all submissions, only =
16 will be selected for review and development over the four days.
These ventures will range in form, industry, level of development, scope an=
d potential. Each will deliver high value in wealth creation and contributio=
n.
IN THE FLOW
Through a structured process, each of the 16 ventures will attract a team f=
rom the group of participants. You will be part of one of the ventures, and =
will have an overview of all 16.
Throughout the four days you will learn the fundamentals of
entrepreneurship in various ways. You will:
Witness the different ventures as they develop new
strategies, plans and partnerships
Identify and find the resources and people needed for
success
Compete with the other teams in different scenarios
Collaborate and partner with other teams when you least expect to
Demonstrate your own value within your team, often in unexpected ways
Experience many successes and failures, and the change of team dynamics tha=
t result
Witness what happens when a team and venture gets "In the flow"
By the end of the four days, the 16 ventures will have been voted down to t=
he Top Four ventures, these will be tracked and supported by Roger Hamilton =
and the EBS Team over the course of the next twelve months.
REAL LIFE, REAL TIME
On the first day, all participants will come to understand why their own ve=
nture was or was not selected. You will work over the four days on developin=
g your understanding of VALUE:
In your venture, in your communication, and in yourself.
This personal development will happen in team exercises throughout the even=
t, or with a partner, and independently. On the final day, all participants =
have the opportunity to re-pitch to the group their venture and the value th=
ey can provide others. Through this process, the transformation in your unde=
rstanding of what creates attraction will become clear.
By the end of the program, many ventures and teams will continue to be trac=
ked alongside the Top Four ventures online and in issues of the XL Magazine.=
Whilst you may be actively involved in one or more of them, your learning w=
ill continue over the next twelve months as you see the different people you=
meet at the EBS progress.
RECOGNITION
On the last evening, we will host a celebration award night in recognition =
of the different ventures, teams and individuals who have excelled during th=
e EBS. These awards will largely be as a result of votes from participants. =
What it takes to succeed and stand out, and the speed with which individuals=
can transform over four days, will leave a lasting impact on the way that y=
ou develop your business.
Next year, members of the winning team who have progressed furthest in weal=
th creation and contribution will be invited as Roger Hamilton's guest to th=
e next EBS to inspire the Class of 2005.
AN INCREDIBLE MIX OF VENTURES
All participants will have undertaken their Wealth Dynamics Profiling Test =
prior to arriving in Bali. You will be exposed to a wide variety of differen=
t ventures, and will learn the mechanics and teams necessary to make them a =
success.

ased businesses, trading businesses, distributorships, licensing ventures, f=
ranchising models, property investment groups, consultancies, associations a=
nd charities.
THE POWER OF PURPOSE
This unique event is not just about wealth creation. It is about wealth con=
tribution. Held in sight of Tanah Lot, regarded as the spiritual centre of B=
ali, there is much more to this event than meets the eye.

ll reach to the core of your purpose. You will step outside of your day-to-d=
ay life and answer fundamental questions about yourself.
You will learn that wealth isn't created, it's harnessed. There is an exist=
ing, underlying structure of wealth which we can access when we understand i=
t. You will gain this understanding through a series of entertaining and enl=
ightening insights during the four days.
