There is no particular advantage regarding the emulator to picking any
one SDK, but I believe the Java SDK is smallest.

Thanks for the suggestion. However I can't find the emulator. I followed
the link you gave and then onwards but on the Psion Teklogix site it all
seems to talk about Win CE / Win mob devices.
Can you offer any more suggestions please? I'm very confused :-(
