we (primarily Raj Raizada in my lab) have been using the PsychToolbox with our
Siemens scanners at MGH. We receive input from a Rowland Response Box
(http://192.131.102.99/rurb/), which interfaces with the mac via USB. the box
has a TTL input that it translates into a keypress (unfortunately it uses the
"!" key, which is annoying for a couple of reasons), and our EPI pulse sequence
has a flag that tells it when to spit out a trigger (e.g., at the onset of
every TR). keypresses from the button box are also provided via the usb
connection. If you have a standard TTL output then the Rowland box should work
for you.

cheers,
russ
