I do not think you can post video to the group. You may upload video
to youtube or another popular open video service and post a link to
the video.
youtube has a limit in video size of 10 minutes and 100 megabytes.
google video is another option. I think they allow longer and bigger
videos. (but you will be all night uploading them!)
Video from camcorders can be converted to mpeg1 format to give the
100 megabytes and 10 minutes quality in my experience. You can also
try converting to wmv or another format.
There are many that youtube accept. A video clip from a digital
camera can go straight on too.
