   C++ requirement (60+ Positions all based in Bangalore):

   Skills & Responsibilities:
-> Strong C++ Programming on Unix/ Linux OS is preferred.
-> Knowledge of database like Oracle, SQL would be preferred.
-> Knowledge of Telecom Domain is an added plus.
-> Very good C / VC++ profiles will also be considered.
-> Good analytical and design skills.

Experience: 2.5 to 6 yrs.

Positions: SE / SA / SSE / PL.

Education: BE / B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc. (Comp Sc).

2) All positions in Bangalore for another company.
   Technology

2.1)   EAI Deployment Engineers positions No. 30
     The job involves deploying solutions to the client. The tasks include
·                     Configuring Interface layer of Enterprise Applications like SAP R/3, People soft, Clarify, Siebel
·                     Installing and configuring the integration components
·                     Developing custom adapters/connectors
·                     Conducting Performance studies
·                     Sizing the machines and network
·                     Document different deliverables of integration projects
·                     Knowledge in: TIBCO / MQ Series / Web Methods
·                     Should have worked for complete cycle of at least one integration project
·                     Overall experience: 4+ years.
 
2.2)   Java - J2EE Engineers    Positions No. 15
     5+ years of experience in developing Core Java, JSP, EJB & Servlets.
·                     Should have worked on Web logic / Web sphere.
·                     Knowledge on any other application server is an added advantage.
·                     Basic Database experience (basic SQL, transactions), ORM exposure is a plus.

2.3)   C++ Developers           Positions No. 12
                     3+ years very strong experience in Object Oriented technologies (C++/Java/ C#)
·                     Knowledge of MVC patterns, ORM patterns is required.
·                     Software engineering practices such as extreme programming, agile methodologies, and test driven development, and usage of tools such as Nunit, Nant, and version control is required.
·                     XML and XSLT knowledge is required.
·                     Database experience in basic SQL and transactions is a must.

2.4)   CORBA developers         Positions no. 15
·                    3+ years of development using C/C++/CORBA
·                    Thorough knowledge of at least 1 CORBA ORB,
·                    Very good knowledge of CORBA services (Naming Service, Interface Repository) and Good knowledge of CORBA data types and data structures,
·                    Above average knowledge of IDL to C++ mappings,
·                    Must be aware of the characteristics of, and the differences between at least 2 versions of the CORBA specifications.
·                    2+ years experience in developing clients and servers using at least 1 C++ based CORBA ORB.

2.5)   Wireless requirements    Positions No.  7
·                     4+ years of development experience in wireless apps/games architecting, implementing and testing.
·                     Experience in BREW, Symbian, J2ME or Windows CE, Embedded Linux GUI development using MFC, Qt or Win32 SDK
·                     Experience in Java / C / C++, ATL or MFC VC++ ,Data structure, data handling like ARM, GSM, PCM, socket programming.
·                     Voice XML and XML voice platform such Nuance, Speech works, etc
·                     Experience in Design of embedded applications using UML.
·                     Good client communication, team management skills.
·                     Critical thinking for editing and reviewing information.

2.6)   Voice XML Application Developers   No.  5
·                    4+ years design and development of   multimodal applications using  VoiceXML and XML voice platform such Nuance, Speech works, etc,  HTML/WML, JSP, Java, and XML technologies.
·                    Must have good understanding of XML related technologies like SAX, DOM, XSLT and DTDs.
·                    Understanding of Ant, JUnit, CVS, Source Safe, HTML editors, grammar builder/verifiers and WMLScript, SALT based application development are preferred.
·                    Should posses excellent communication skills.

2.7)   Symbian Developers       Positions No. 12
·                    Proven experience in developing and deploying robust Symbian OS applications.
·                    4+ years of experience in developing mobile device clients using C/C++, Symbian Series 60 SDK and /or UIQ and/or Palm OS and/or WinCE and/or Palm and/or BREW.
·                    Good in developing TPC/IP, UDP, Socket Programming.
·                    Visual C++ 6.0/CodeWarrior, Symbian OS / UIQ / Brew / WinCE / Embedded Visual Tool 3.0, CVS.
·                    Understanding of HTML, JavaScript, VoiceXML.
·                    Good communication Skills& writing quality design documents.

2.8)   Product Manager
·                     5+ years experience in Techno functional role. Excellent experience in the areas of Product Analysis, Business Analysis, and Product Management
·                     Conduct market research on the Business Service Management space and proactively identify areas for enriching the company's product suite
·                     Devise and execute a plan to perform competitive analysis and present findings to the company's sales & business development teams
·                     Should have hands-on Product Management experience including writing Market Requirements Document (MRD) & Product Requirements Document (PRD).
·                     Excellent verbal and written communication skills
·                     Software programming experience in .NET technologies a big plus.

2.9  Solutions Architect
·                    A software professional with 10+ years experience or a domain expert - Functional consultants (SCM, CRM and Manufacturing, Banking, Insurance, Financial Services, Asset Management professionals, Health care professionals to give examples) with minimum 5+ years in IT with experience in any of the ERP systems.
·                    Must understand the domain and should be able to translate the functional specifications into Technical Specifications for the System Designers to come up with coding specifications.
·                    Should understand the EAI practice well and should be able to configure any of the EAI tools such as TIBCO, Web methods, See Beyond etc.
·                    Project Mangers with an eye on process and delivery capabilities and good Business analysis.   

2.10  Technical Architect
·                    Thorough hands on person with 10+ years of experience who understand the functional specifications and come up with design specs architecting the technology solutions.
·                    Should be able to lead a technical team to ensure that the team implements the business specifications laid out by the Solution Architect.
·                    Should understand technology and must have worked on either J2EE or C++ related projects as developers and designers. Thorough knowledge of OOAD and OOPS is a must. Last three years as a Designer using some of the design tools is mandatory.
·                    Clear understanding of design patterns and usage should be an added advantage.
