Job Title: Sr. Software Developer

Experience: 6 – 8 Yrs.

Education: Graduate or Post Graduate Degree in Engineering/Science

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work as part of a Design and Development team to deliver software/solutions
for wireless telecom industry.
- Provide technical leadership to the Development team.
- Work with project managers to provide software development effort estimates.
- Design, develop, test and document software.

Technical Skills:
- 6-8 years of hands-on industry experience working with Core Java on Unix
platforms.
- Good knowledge of Inter-process technologies like Corba, RMI, Soap etc.
- Excellent Requirement analysis and Design skills.
- Experience in developing optimized, high performance and high availability
systems.
- Experienced in developing multi-threaded and distributed applications.
- Solid understanding of threading, garbage collection, performance optimization
and memory management.
- Excellent problem solving skills and troubleshooting skills with prior
experience to solving critical issues at code level.
- Knowledge of GSM, CDMA networks would be an added advantage.
