We are a start-up company based out of the beautiful locales of Navi Mumbai. Our
area of focus is web and mobile development using open source software. We come
from one of the top management and engineering colleges in India and Asia.

We have been working with and for Fortune 500 companies and thought of bringing
our experience in starting a venture that would not only cater to clients but
also understand the human nature of software development. In that endeavour
coupled with our experience, we are working on Ruby and Ruby on Rails for web
development.

Enough of our flattery, now about you and what we are looking for:

- Rails experience - You should have developed minimum of 2-3 applications which
are on-line. Please share the URL's in cover letter. As for experience, we would
prefer developers from cross-platform experience, with minimum 2 years of
development experience with Ruby/Ruby on Rails.

- Ruby experience - You cannot be a Rails programmer if your Ruby in not strong.
If you play with DSL and use mixins every day, you will be a good select.

- Java_script - JQuery is must, if you know Mootools, there is a preference.

- Contribution to open source - If you have an open source project under your
belt, you are a natural choice.

We have been working with object oriented programming and Ruby for past couple
of years. Please apply only if you can answer how you would add value to the
company. Else, it will waste either of our time.
