This is PhilipD1(qlink name)I ,just came across some photos taken by
Subaruuu13(friedman @ptd.net),& hope to scan them & upload them to
this site sometime soon.
I met Dave (subarauuu13) at one of the Q -partys , and became
good Friends . I didn't drive @ the time,so we started attending
parties together. Well I kept in touch w/ him all theses years after
Q-link broke up.
In Sept of 2000 , I was the best man at his wedding. I visited him
several times after that. In July of 2003,his wife,Pam passed away
to cancer. My fiancee & I were there when she died. I felt so bad
leaving him,cause I knew he was alone know. I called him almost
every day for the next several months.
This past September my fiance passed away,it was a shock. When
David heard he made me an offer to come live w/ him, and he got me a
job also! I accepted,cause I knew I couldn't make it being alone.
How do you say Thank You, to that?, because thank you just ins'nt
enough
I wonder where I'd be today If q-link didn't exsite. Its weird
how life can be at times - I've learn that we all take to much for
granted. And who and what we deal w/ know may change our lives later
on.
Dave & I are living just outside of Allentown,PA. Things are
working out well for us. Certain things that I'm not good at & David
is,and visa versa
