You didn't mention which platform of Vice you were using, whether it is Mac,
Linux, Windows, or whatever. But I'll try to help in any case. If you are
on a Mac, you are in luck as I posted a how-to for that platform back in
March.

1.16 settings haven't been working for quite a while now due to the domain
name and server upgrade (sometime around April this year). 66.135.39.36
5190 was the settings last time I connected.
