Cartridge/IO - RS232 userport is set at device 1 and 1200 baud? And then RS232
settings is 66.135.39.36:5190 ?
My disk is validated - so I forget the intial disk setup modem commands to
initially enter.

Thanks for the file. I downloaded it and got it in the Winvice
folder. Unfortunately, it still isn't connecting. I get to the
screen "Type commands to the modem, then press F1 when connection is
made". I press F1 and it says "Connecting - ", and then the dashes
never move it just sits there forever with one dash. I double checked
all the RS232 userport and device settings and they are all correct.
No clue whats wrong. Thanks for all your help. Let me know if you
think of anything else please. Or anyone else perhaps.
