attach your qlink d64 and DONT load to sign on Qlink
LOAD"CHANGE ACCESS",8,1 to verify your access settings

make sure modem is "Other Command driven modems"
tone dialing (doesnt matter but i set it anyway)
1200baud speed
phone # is +5551212 <- dummy number but needed

then select sign on to Quantum Link Should work
