Go to the QuantMethods website to order a subscription to the online version of QMS. You may want to walk through the demo first. It provides complete access to the QMS application, but all problem inputs are ignored with static solution pages presented instead to provide example output. You may also want to read the review in OR/MS Today.
If you want the standalone version of QMS, it is available from Thomson Custom Publishing. However, you may need to contact them to determine whether they can sell you a copy directly or if they can direct you to retailers who offer it.
