If you never installed the QX3 on WinMe you need the QX3 install disk. You can
also order one from the people at Digital Blue:

I think they will take fax orders from non-US countries.

That site appears to only have a full driver set for Widows XP - good thing
to know since I will be updating my PC soon - not for Widows ME. Is there
any way to run the QX3 without the CD - from disk files - on ME?
