Kevin. My name is Julio Rubio I'm an Electronic Engineer from Colombia South
America, and I have 4 projects that fits in a sustainable power.
These projects are related with power conservation,industrial motor
conversion,and innovative power solutions. I'm actually in Sarasota Florida
working saving some money to go back to Colombia to develop any of the projects.

I've been working on my dream and the first steps are underway. Now
I'm making preliminary anouncements within the online community.

THE NEW FOUNDATION(Name to be announced mid Feb)

Mission Statement: To bring environmentally safe and sustainable power
to underdeveloped and impoverished communities around the planet.
Providing stable power to medical clinics, community centers and
individuals by bringing devices and education on building simple power
generating technology. Create ecologically sustainable emergency power
and water purification centers. Network communities with National and
international grant opportunities. Provide free and paid consulting
services to government and private businesses on power conservation,
industrial motor conversion and innovative power solutions. Conduct
public classes and workshops on innovative power construction and
power conservation and ecological impact of power management.

This project has been in the developing stages for over a year. We
have been networking with businesses, engineers and other Foundations
dedicated to the same principal cause. When I say over a year I should
reiterate by saying since I was a very young boy, I have dreamed of
ecologically friendly power.

At this moment I do not know if you have yet any international
outreach organization who's focus is on installing sustainable power.
The new program will bring power technology to poor rural communities
with a priority to those located within ecologically threatened
regions like the rainforests of Ecuador.

We need assistance from just about every angle you might imagine.
Presently I am seeking assistance with a number of online projects,
promotional tasks, volunteers for field projects, online mentors,
website contributors and a webmaster with this dream! If you fit into
any of these positions and want to help, contact me right away.

If you don't think you have anything to contribute.. .think AGAIN. What
we need is others to see this vision, and to share the news with
others. You're among the first to catch the news and very soon I'll be
able to unfold it all completely.
