Hello -- there's a longstanding bug with using Radio to edit a Manila
site that I figure it's worth reporting now, so that the newest
version of Radio can do things right. Note that I have a high
suspicion that the problem exists on the Manila side, rather than the
Radio side; that being said, it still will impact on the average
user's perception of how useful Radio is as a tool that fits into the
entire Manila framework. Also note that I don't think that this is a
red flag kind of a problem; instead, it's a problem that hits more
advanced users, but is probably *very* easily fixed on the Manila
side.
If you have a Manila site with directories, and have the "Edit With
Radio" button functionality turned on, there's a breakage with
editing directories that are included in other directories. (The
inclusion thing is described well at the following URL: [
http://radio.userland.com/radioAsAManilaDirectoryEditingTool#howToIncl
udeAnotherDirectory ].) In a nutshell, Radio brings up the top-level
directory, rather than the included directory, to edit.
Example: going to the following URL and clicking on Edit With Radio:
http://wbc.babiespeds.com/directory/48/~49~/~61~
brings up the directory at message 48 to edit, rather than the one at
61. It makes it somewhat difficult to get the right directory into
Radio to edit.
