This one crosses day boundaries correctly (eg, at 12:15am as for the 6pm
scan--you get the six hour old scan, not an empty table). It also puts the
skip/stop criteria in scripts that are pointed at in variables, so it's
easier to add your own checks and criteria for your own forms.
