Thanks Matt. I had heard about Kqueues under BSD but had never read
the definitive white paper before. Kqueues seem to provide pretty much
all we would need for Radio Upstreaming under MacOS X, though I still
have no idea whether they are implemented in any version of MacOS.
I'll look into it.

The updates we have made to upstreaming so far all concern themselves
with the highter level Usertalk code. We've already obtained some very
impressive results and will be ready to update Radio soon.

Now is unfortunately not a good time to make changes to Userland's
version of the Frontier kernel C code. However, I have high hopes the
situation will have changed by the end of the year.
