If you want, do you want to try and figure out why the FTP wasn't working?

What path did you try on the FTP option page. Then can you try logging into your
FTP account using a command-line client and then issue the PWD command to get
the path of the directory. What's the output? Next, navigate to the folder you
want to upstream to (if it's different) and enter the PWD command again.
