I don't know what platform you're on - but bring Radio up - right-click the
Radio icon in the windows sys tray to bring up Radio, or click on Radio's icon
in the Dock on Mac to bring it frontmost. If the Radio.root window isn't already
open, you can select it from Radio's Window menu.

You should then see a series of tables, with arrows to the left (examples,
scratchpad, suites, system, user, websites, workspace)

you can either use the arrow (open in place), or double-click in the value
column (open in new window) to open up the tables to get to
system.verbs.builtins.radio.data.htmlColors
