Just looks like the code is looking for FCK and is not finding it.  Are you using this component?  I would disable its use via the portal settings.

The upload.aspx.cs file is in the "FCK.filemanager" folder under "app_support" and I thought the "Link -- Web Page Dialog" came from the "aspnet_client\FCK"...
