Re: [randrdesulfatorforum] Re: V0.5 Pulser Firmware

Hi Charles.

The V0.5 pulser looks cool, but was more of a test bed. Ultimatly, it is obsoleted by the low parts count model.

Yahoo removed the zip file with the firmware and I have not been able to dig up a copy. Really there is no point, the low parts count model  (like the Courtiestown pic) beats it hands down.

I had plans to build what I call a "ping pong pulser", but there has been a lack of interest and I don't have the time I used to. It would have used a newer, puropose built micro with all sorts of built in features.

I am, curious, what feature(s) of the V0.5 did you want/like?

What level of skill do you have with circuit design and micros? It might be productive to start an public project and see what that yields. I do get the odd email.

Rick.

Hi All

I've got Richard's Pic Pulser up and running, quick and easy to assemble!

I'm still interested in building Rick's Pulser 05 with the battery
condition display. does anyone know if the firmware is avaliable anywhere.

Thanks

Charles
