The second battery was put on the pulser yesterday. This battery was known be to weak and would not hold a charge very long. It is a 12V automotive lead...

My initial interest was to find a source for desulfator kits. In the mean time, I decided to build one using one of the circuits posted in the Files section....

Hi Chuck, Unless the battery is totally gone, it will should some kind of charge. In other words if the battery will take no charge at all, it may be beyond...

Bill, Thanks for the reply. I have two categories of batteries. My radio hobby batteries are 12V 12AHr sealed AGM batteries. The others are my lawn and...

Sealed batteries tend to need rehydrating, which can be a pain. one also then wonders how much recovery was from the rehydration, and how much from the...

Tried something similar to a technique used to measure RF power to view the pulse of the desulfator connected to a battery. I've used the method in ...

One hypothesis is that pulsing is just a way to slowly charge a battery at high voltage, giving it time for recombination. This suggests a simple experiment,...

If I recall correctly, one desulfation method is to replace the electrolyte with a very weak version and then charge at elevated voltage. So I am still not...

How hot does the capacitor get? 2 micro seconds at 10kHz; that's a 2% duty cycle, much higher than Couper, so I'd expect faster results....
