i have a lyra 2765 that doesn't keep a charge. it looks like it's
charging, but when it's done and i go to use it, it doesn't last long.
making a playlist wears the battery out in 10 or 15 minutes. today i
used it on a walk, and it lasted maybe an hour before shutting down
completely. we've tried contacting the company to see what we could do
with our warrenty, but apparently batteries aren't covered. has anyone
else had this problem? what can i do about it??
