I've replied to your message twice by email, but neither has hit the
group yet, so I'm trying now with a web post.
You can test it by putting it in a USB hard drive enclosure.
I've been toying with the idea of replacing the hard drive in my
X3000. Can you tell me how you got the hard drive out? It's not at all
obvious how to gain access to it. Also, now that you have it out, what
is the manufacturer and model of the drive?
I hope mlboatwright replies to my questions, but anyone else please
feel free to jump in and provide answers. Thanks much, Joe
