What exactly do you mean? A Java applet (or similar)?
If so,

have some rather nice java-applet demos. Even some that do raytracing,
although they aren't fast enough to deserve the name 'realtime raytracing'.
Also I recommend surfing www.planet-d.net and www.ojuice.net for demo
thingys.
