Yes – it would be nice to ‘type’
posts – and based upon that type, route it to the proper editor/tool.
First things first – we gotta rename
this puppy and sort out the difference between RedirectThis.com – which is
the service itself – versus PostThis.org – which would be an org to
help organize all these details, spec out the types, create a registry of tools
and in general – educate the populace.
What do you think of these two designated
names?

Reblogging?
Hey, just joined the
list. Been running a New Music Reblogger over at
NetNewMusic for a few days... http://netnewmusic.net/reblog
Was wondering how music could fit into
reblogging... A Podcast
reblogger might be interesting. I think you'd need
to have it be able
to stream Podcasts as easily switchable
auto-pausing channels. So
you'd have an app that would essentially let you
'scan' the dial for
new Podcasts. And when an ad or a boring
part came up, the app would
pause that channel as you switched to
another. Something like that...
Just an idea... iTunes of course is already
doing this to a certain
extent. What other features would a playlist
reblogger have? Faster
scanning, of course, is the reblogging feature and
direct contact with
content.
