I wonder if there would be a way to build bittorrent into this, using
something like http://www.blogtorrent.com/ to automatically re-
broadcast the enclosures without hosing anybody's bandwidth
allotment. Is there a server-side bittorrent *client* equivalent to
the blogtorrent software?
