Sure! I think that this is really important functionality. Plus,
it's nicely factored -- you can see exactly where it fits in the flow
of reblogging.

This is a lot like hRouter*, except that (1) it's a web service which
stores your preferences and (2) an editor is invoked before the thing
is sent off to the eventual destination.

rubhub is the XFN web service. I think the real issue here is packaging this into a service that's fairly seemles....
