HI Ken,
you might try Thunder Sky or Kokam but you have to
make your own battery management system and that is
tricky. you might be interested in the Electric
Vehicle list at San Jose State as there is quite a bit
of info on li-ion there. I have a 40 amp hour 48 volt
pack of li-ion for my trike but the weight is around
100 lbs so would not work for a back pack. However it
does pull me up a very steep and long hill. something
like 8% grade for 2 mi. good luck on your project
