export calibrated coordinates   Message List

Hello,
This is a 'calibration' question. I reconstructed structures from
physical sections, at first without calibrating. I finally decided to
analyse my reconstructions quantitatively and thus calibrated my x and
y coordinates on each section using 'scale entire section by 127.322'
to scale both traces and pictures.
I then wanted to work on these calibrated traces coordinates and I
exported them into matlab from the xml files ". slice#". But I just
realized that the change in scale is not reflected on the traces
coordinates (which are left unchanged in the "slice files"). So I guess
I just have to multiply my exported coordinates by 127.322 for this
stack. For future stacks however, could someone tell me where in the
files this scale change is encoded? Is it 2nd and 3rd column of each
trace's xcoef and ycoef in the xml file? And if yes...how to use this
matrix?
Many thanks!
Louise
