Hi Deborah: Chapter 10 on movements and alignments in the
Reconstruct User manual may help here. There is information on
aligning entire sections (repositioning) and/or aligning selected
traces.

Hi, Is it possible to shift (i.e. translate left/right etc) whole image stacks once they've been imported into Reconstruct? And if so, is it possible to shift...
