Dan,

Go to: edit >> account settings >> server settings (for each account)
>> advanced account settings

Check the 'Inbox for this server's account'.

You should see the relevant inbox immediately on accepting the choice.
Repeat the procedure for all the email accounts you want to have
separate inboxes.
