The draft plan for the region has been amended to accommodate the new
frequency layout and the allocation of the broadbands segment. It can
be viewed on the CAPRAD page (sign in as visitor) or on
the "Downloads" page of the pallansassociates.com web site.It will be
submitted to the FCC this week along with waiver requests (per the FCC
notice of last week) since we do not have adjacent region approval or
the new frequency table from CAPRAD.
