You will find in the "Files" section the first draft plan for 700 MHz
for Nevada. The red and orange areas of text are those that require,
either clarification or additional information. This draft was semi-
cloned from the Missouri Plan which was just approved by the FCC so it
should be well into the acceptable range.
For those of you that have been involved here before - we must provide
strong documentation of all efforts of notification of eligible,
meeting summaries, etc to demonstrate that this plan has been
developed with a broad input of users.
