Members of this group must feel they have a strong dedication toward and enthusiasm for Remote Viewing. They are free to practice whatever form of Remote Viewing they were trained in, or intuitively comes naturally to them. Members must also feel they have great potential or current talent in Remote Viewing. The qualities of dedication and commitment, however are valued even more than Remote Viewing talent.

In addition, members must also be willing to do targets given out by The Western Institute. They must commit to doing at least 50 percent of the targets given out. These targets include client targets, financial targets and special targets. If a target has potential traumatic content to viewers will be told in advance.
In exchange for their contribution of doing at least 50 percent of the targets given out, these viewers will be given special attention feedback and training. Most of this training and feedback will be done by phone because Dr. Carr prefers phone contact. It is Dr. Carr's intention to nourish and support and train the cream of the crop in Remote Viewing. Members of this group must have the desire to become part of a world-class team of committed viewers, perhaps the best in the world.

Members are welcome to talk to each other and exchange ideas. They also welcome to call Dr. Carr on the phone for personal coaching. The main focus of this group however, is to do targets of all kinds and to receive feedback. Members are also asked to keep Dr. Carr posted on their current availability or unavailability to do targets.
This is not a group for flaky people who believe anything. It is a group for people who know how to be grounded, centered and balanced. It is a group for people who have some sense of how to balance their emotions, their intuitions, and their critical thinking. If you do not feel that you have these qualities of balance and commitment then please remove yourself from this group.
