Dear Viewers, Students, Recruits, and anyone who wants to try a "real life" remote viewing target.
Here is a brand new RV target!:
New Client Target: 2241 6311
Due in 2-4 days (today is 5/17)
(this is a not a repeat of a past target; it is brand new!)
Please print use the movement exercises below. Do not look at the movement exercises until your are well into the session or the matrix with a sense of target contact . (Try to use a template if you know how, describe rather than label, labels are given at the end of the session if you have any!) What you think the target is in not important to the session. If you are new at this, give it your best shot.
Doing movement exercises are essential so save you energy for them (Keep in mind, that sometimes different targets will have the same movement exercises.)
Fax or email your session or results (use a black pen) and include your name, phone number, the date & TARGET NUMBER or I won’t know which target you worked on!
If you are new with no or little training, no problem; just do the best you can, It's OK to experiment and make mistakes.
If it is after the due date, please still do the target and submit your results! (Better a late session than no session).
Also, if possible, please try to complete previous targets that were submitted (up to 2 months) prior to this current target; they are still on-going!!
PLEASE SCROLL WAY DOWN AND READ THE FULL EMAIL INCLUDING THE NEW “SIGNATURE” PAGE! READ IT THOROUGHLY AT LEAST ONCE AND CHECK FOR UPDATES THEREAFTER.
Namaste and
Thank you very much!

BELOW -
IS A LONG “SIGNATURE” THAT WILL BE ATTACHED TO ALL FUTURE RV
TARGETS THAT ARE SUBMITTED FOR YOU TO DO. IT CONTAINS RULES, GUIDES AND HELPFUL
INFORMATION.
(This information
will be updated from time to time)
Please read it thoroughly at least once!

OUR TEN MINIMAL RULES:
(We have tried to make as few as possible, however for this process to work the
some rules have to be strongly stated)
For those of you who are members of the following yahoo groups:
remoteviewers client team
remoteviewers committed professionals
remoteviewers weekly group
the following is strongly expected:
MINIMAL REQUIREMENTS FOR CONTINUED MEMBERSHIP THE ABOVE THREE YAHOO GROUPS:
1) You MUST Remote View at least 50% of the targets submitted to you. Unless you contact Dr. Carr by phone (or email) saying you can’t do a particular target. (At max there will be 4 targets given per month usually much fewer.) This commitment is essential! THINK OF REMOTE VIEWING LIKE MARTIAL ART THAT REQUIRES A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF TIME ENERGY AND COMMITMENT TO PROGRESS IN.
2) YOU MUST email Dr. Carr if you cannot do a particular target. waynecarr@...
3) If possible, use the RV templates unless you do another style of RV. The web site location of the templates is: www.remoteviewers.com/htms/password_protected/advanced_template.htm
4) Use the movement exercises given. (you sessions will be of much less value without them)
5) Target feed back cannot be given to everyone at once because some of you may still have not done the session yet. Because of this, TARGET FEEDBACK WILL ONLY BE GIVEN ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS TO THOSE WHO REQUEST IT. MAKE SURE YOU GET FEEDBACK SO YOU CAN IMPROVE! For target “FEEDBACK” (to find out what the target is) you must CALL or EMAIL (after you have submitted your session or summary by fax or email.)
6) When requesting feedback, phoning is preferable (1-888-540-6085), for email waynecarr@... . (Please do not use the yahoo group email address.)
7) FOR FULL PROJECTS, SOMETIMES THE SAME TARGET MAY BE SUBMITTED AGAIN (up to two time more, with new movement exercises) FOR YOU TO DO AGAIN. IN THIS CASE FEED BACK MAY NOT BE GIVEN UNTIL THE END OF THE PROJECT (up to two months). When you ask for feedback by phone or email you will either be given immediate feedback or asked if you are willing to do the same target again and then receive feedback.
8) Try to spend 30 to 90 minutes on each session.
9) Fax or email your session or session summary. (Faxing the whole session is best because YOUR SKETCHES ARE VERY IMPORTANT) include the target number and your name (or I won’t know what target you worked on.) Fax: 1-888-540-6085 back up fax: 425-952-9275 waynecarr@...
10) If adherence to these rules is not possible for you, contact Dr. Carr and let him know.
In return for agreeing to, and following the above rules, you will receive guidance and feedback by phone calls that you initiate.
FOR THOSE OF YOU IN THE WEEKLY
LOCAL SEATTLE GROUP:
1) Besides the above, you must attend at least half the weekly meetings
(unless you contact Dr. Carr about it).
2) You must keep Dr. Carr posted as you your ability to participate and do targets.
MOVEMENT EXERCISE INSTRUCTIONS
1. Do the movement exercises once you are in the matrix and get a sense of target contact.
2. Don't read the movement exercises until
you are in the matrix and then only read one at a time while keeping the unread ones covered up.
During your session cover the movement exercises with a piece of
paper and slide the paper down ONE movement exercise at a time as you do them
so that you will have seen it the for FIRST time when you get to it. Use the
movement exercises once you are in the matrix or your equivalence and when you
feel target contact. Move to the next one as soon as the data runs dry
and you've done any sketches.
If you had
inadvertently read them before hand, no big deal, you can do the target anyway,
It's just better to be BLIND to them until you use them in your session,
because they give clues.
3. Save your energy for the movement exercises. doing the movement exercises are essential to get the information we're looking for. Plan your session so you don't use up your energy before your reach the movement exercises.
4. Do as many movement exercise as you can do for a particular target, without burning yourself out. If you run out of gas before you do them all, just quit for that session. Or you can take a break and continue where you left off later that day. You also have the option of doing a second session to do the movement exercises you did not complete the first time.
Also, it is important that you make up your own move in exercises. if there's something in the target that feels important to you then move to it! The more specific the information we can get the better.
For those of you who are new or untrained and want to start doing targets and don't know how, I would suggest you read the Remote Viewing Game instructions on www.remoteviewers.com . It will give you basic procedures, principles and techniques. Give it your best shot and don't worry about doing it perfectly. Have fun with it! Also, try reading Myths and Misconceptions in Remote Viewing (Link Below)
If you have not taken any RV workshops the new template will not be too comprehensible, however feel free to play around with it and experiment.

DICHOTOMY EXERCISES (Is it this or
that?): draw a rectangle longer than it is wide. Divide it into two boxes
with a vertical line. write one part of the dichotomy (e.g..
"real") in the right box, and the other part of the dichotomy
(e.g.. "unreal") in the left box. Place your pen in the middle
of the vertical line and allow a spontaneous pen stroke to the right or left
(pendulums are ok too). note which box it moved towards. ( you may
want to practice this technique)

LOCATIONAL SKETCHES: draw a map of
the United States, place your pen on where you are located in the United
States, and place an x there. Then draw a line from where you are to the
target. Do this quickly without planning or thinking, it must be totally
spontaneous. make three
attempts so that you will end up trying three lines. Number each line.
TIMELINES:
to determine the time of the target event:
(reference time) (target time
) (current time)
RT
TT
CT
----------------------------|------------------------------|-----------------------|----------------------------------
draw a horizontal line. slide your pen up and down the line until you
feel where the current time is. Place a mark there and label that CT.
next feel along the line with your pan until you locate the target time and
label that TT. finally select a reference time, such as the end of World
War II, or the next presidential election, or some other event of which you
know the date and feel along the line until you find the reference time.
Mark that RT.
EVENT TIMELINES (EVENT LINES)
use this procedure when you are determining the nature of several events along
a certain timeline.
it is also possible to do more than one event timeline for the same
target. For example, you can do an optimal event timeline and a de facto
event timeline. Or you can do an event timeline if action A is taken, and
an event timeline if action B is taken. this is a very parceling useful tool
in summary you can do event timelines for:
Optimal events
de facto events
if action A is taken
if action B is taken.
you can either choose the event timelines which are most appropriate to the
target, or which one you should use will be given to in the move exercises.
-------X-----------x------------X--------x-------------X--x--------------------X--------------------------
data from probing the X's:
----
----
---
---
---
--
----
----
---
----
----
----
----
---
-------
-----
here's how you do it: you first label the timeline. for example you could call
the timeline :: "the optimal event timeline for procedure A"
you can then draw a horizontal line across the page.
you then feel along the timeline starting from the left side moving to the
right (future). when you come across an event that place an x on the
line. Make the size of the X vary depending on the signature significance
of the event. a larger accident would mean a more significant event. keep
feeling along the line until you have put several X's of varying sizes on the
line.
then go back and probe each X and stack below level data that you get, as well
as "strings" that you get underneath each X.
if you need to do more than one timeline than go back and repeat the same
process for different timeline.
DEFINITIONS:
subject: a being. A subject could be an animal, a subject could be a person; a
subject could be an ET;a subject could be and inter-dimensional being. A
subject is anything from a cockroach to God.
AOL: an analytic overlay, as you receive impressions in your session, your
brain will go through its memory banks find the closest match to these
impressions. These matches are called AOL's and are not considered true
remote viewing data. AOL's are specific labels of things, such as empire
state building. Do not invest energy into AOL's. AOL's are like weeds in your
garden.
Finish with a summary
Fax session to 1-888-540-6085 or email summary and important data
Your work is greatly appreciated. Thanks!!
PREPARATION:
1) It is suggested that you buy three containers of non-scented “Play-Doh” (or clay) one white, one blue, one yellow.
2) Have some crayons if you want to add color to your sketches (Remember, however, color on' fax)
3) Always use a black pen. Don't use pencil.
4) Buy at least one ream of 8 ½ X 11 white paper. Plan on using a lot of it!
5) Have a template printed out and ready
6) Have a clear table or desk, with minimal distractions.
7) Make sure you have the understanding and support of your spouse, or significant other. If you have some one you can share your experience with, you can more greatly benefit from your sessions.
8) Don’t hesitate to call the institute if you have questions, need some guidance, or feedback. . We want to support you in your efforts.
More Suggestions for Doing a Session
Try the following if you like.
1 Try 15 minutes of meditation before the session.
2 Meditate regularly if you can.
3 Ask for help and support from a higher source or power, or intermediary.
4 Try to begin with and affirmation that includes your intention to only remote
view the currently selected target, and to drop impressions of other targets
that have not been selected.
For example:
I ask for support and guidance from the highest positive powers. I declare my
intention to only view the currently selected target and to drop any unselected
or decoy target impressions. I declare my intentions to gently penetrate any
blockages between myself and the target. I am ready to proceed.
.
OR:
I enter the process of Remote Viewing in a state of openness, receptivity, and
innocence. I let go of all that I know and all that I think. I allow my self to
freshly discover what is new from moment to moment. I support myself with my
breath and my posture. In letting go, I trust my deepest nature and my deepest
process. I am sensitive to the very faintest faintest of impressions. I give
these faint impressions the best words I can without interpretation or bias.
Whatever I find I let go of, and move on. I let the data flow and coalesce of
its own accord. I continually stay let go of any AOLs so that they do not take
root. I allow my mind to remain empty and quiet. I sense my oneness with all of
creation. I ask for support and guidance from the highest positive powers. I
declare my intention to only view the currently selected target and to drop any
unselected or decoy target impressions. I declare my intentions to gently
penetrate any blockages between myself and the target. I am ready to proceed.
6 Remind yourself, during the session, to go directly to the intended target.
7 Use the movement exercise " Move to the currently selected target and
describe"
8 Use ample movement exercises to move above, in front of, inside, to the right
of, etc. Keep moving.
9 If you get subjects or people, try a deep mind probe.
10 Give me more of your low level basic impressions in your summary.
11 Have faith that you are capable of hitting any target directly.
12 Be patient with the process and realize that it is self-corrective.
Let the impressions "morph" if it happens. Gently Stay with the most
basic RV processes untill it feels like your faintly getting the
"real" or intended target.
13 Report if you are feeling blocked at all.
14 Realize there may be a learning curve in learning to deal with skeptical
energy.
Learn from past session.
14 Realize it’s possible at times you may be at a real target doing real
RV, but it may not be the intended target. It appears that since the intended
target gets blocked, we go elsewhere to another target in the pool. Realize
this may be go on at times.
15 Realize that any AOL’s of targets in the pool will not help you in any
way whatsoever, even if they’re correct!. Keep writing them down and
letting them go and press the "reset" button.
16 Have your spouse support you, and boost you "energy".
18 Let your attitude be to learn and have fun.
19 Experiment with imagery before the session, of penetrating any blocking, or
of being so sensitive as to pick impressions you may have not be sensitive to
before. (Lower you threshold of detection)
