This Class will answer your Questions in Photography, and help you
learn more about Film photography (This will be not a Digital class,
although we will touch upon it at times)
This letter of introduction.....
First here are some Questions to understand What you want to get out
of this course. Also to understand more about you and what you already
know about Basic Film photography. This Class will be doing color and
Black and white. You as the student, besides the Class fee, will also
need a SLR Camera, Where you have Manual and automatic settings, and
TTL light metering. You wil be also in charge of buying and developing
your film, to turn in for assignments. As for Books, I will suggest
the ones that are most helpful, however if you feel you disagree or
already have it, then that is up to you as the student.
This course as I mentioned will be for 20 weeks, starting Nov 18th
2003. This course will be teach the basics of photography, but will
touch on Filters, med and large format. This will be teaching local
students as well as online. (those online and local will get all the
help they need. I will be available online thru this group.)
Thru this class you will get a basic knowledge of photography and able
to take grea pics as well.. You will also get a Certificate of
Photography at the end
There is a money back if you feel you have not learned at all, and is
dis-satisfied of the course for the first 30 days.

I am a Formally trained Photographer, almost finished in my BFA
Degree. mantain a 3.5 average.( this year I am working instead of
classes) I have been a semi photographer for about 6 years. and a
freelance pro,.. attending the Pro photographers of America org.,
lectures and seminars for the last 6 years, at national Conventions in
Las Vegas and Atlantic City.
I have been doing and assisting photography for For Reflection studios
in Huntsville AL. ( The do Wedding, pets and portraits) for the last 4
years. I am not a super pro photographer.. BUT I do know the basics,
and can surely help you in photography in the Do's and don'ts, tricks
of the trade, and the basics of photography.
Taking this class is up to you.
The fee will cover costs, time,( a lot of time, I expect) and the
Certificate of photography, saying you have completed the Course given
by me in a 20 week period. I will be at your beck and call for this
time period.
