Dear Research Scholar,

As we had abandoned our yahoogroup site last year and were looking for
new site, now we have established our group at easy to remember url:

www.researchfellow.net

We have introduced several modifications. Now you can post news;
upload files and photo; make your photo gallery; decorate your
messages with colours and pictorial references; write scientific
reviews and publish your articles; you may upload your resume, thesis
and publications that will get indexed at search engines. Others may
download these files. You may also e-mail your uploaded files to
whoever you like, at no special effort. What more are available do
check in yourself.

Please bookmark our address for future visit and regroup at the new place.

Note:
We need moderators to manage several activities. Moderators at
yahoogroup site and others willing to volunteer, please mail to
admin@... or send PM to Sandeep Jha. (As we already
have biologists from India as moderators. Indian biologists need not
respond to this volunteership.)

Hopefully now you'll like it now and contribute to it feeling it your
own forum. We need you to post some valuable information at the forum.
It's a collaborative website and we all strive for knowledge.

Regards,
Sandeep Jha

Hi all,

Due to free hosting nature of the previous server, there were so many
limitations. I purchased domains and server space to accomodate our
research scholar forum.

The New addresses would be

http://forum.skjha.net

Please bookmark or remember. You have to register afresh. As I planned
to delete the member's names who are inactive for more than 2 months,
please join while keeping this in mind. I will advertise this group
worldwide.

Please read the announcement:

http://sandeepjha.com/research/viewtopic.php?id=5

For those, who dont know how to use a forum, please refer to this
address:

http://sandeepjha.com/research/viewtopic.php?id=2

Hope you will take advantage of my hard work.

Nobody wins a battle on his own. Lets do it together again!

I want to get your feedback on this new address/server/forum features.

Enjoy!

As intended, I have created a new forum to replace this clumsy
yahoogroup site. The new website will suffice all our needs.
Please register there with your new login & password giving your e-
mail ID. The new site is totally unmoderated & you shall not recieve
e-mails from individual members unless opted while posting a new
topic. Please do post your topics in respective section with proper
title. Be polite and do not be offensive to other's comments.
I submitted the new URL to search engines, which will take time to
crawl. Soon after getting the site in search engines, we shall ABANDON
this yahoogroup & will shift there completely. Till then, you all may
register there & unsubscribe from yahoogroup. This will help me
identify, which members to be informed personally, who do not check
this site regularly.

The URL for the new site is:

                    http://research.blogsite.org/

(This is redirected by DynDNS, easy URL to remember)

The direct link is

        http://s14.invisionfree.com/researchscholar/index.php?

(Since I am using a free hosting service, so domain name is actually
long).

Looking forwad to your enthusiasm for the new webpage dedicated to
scientific community, expressing ideas & views.

Hi Sri,
I am going to submit thesis soon. So will take some time to find
specific details about your queries. In the mean time you may try
ammonium sulphate precipitation method. It works out for me all the
time without degrading enzyme activity. If enzyme yield is not
important to you, this will precipitate all the proteins without
denaturation. Latter you may run TLC/ native PAGE to get some amount
of it. For bulk separation, I still doubt you may have to use size
exclusion column chromatography. All techniques I spoke aye affordable
& easy to use.
Happy Diwali & good luck.

Congrats all,

The group has first time seen a respectable figure of 200 members.

However yahoo group service does not deliver much promise due to
limitations in its architect.

An open blog page or a forum for discusion on subjects would be a
suitable medium.

I am planning to host a server from my host PC on a trial basis. But
fear, it would cost me $40 per month even if I don't count for PC
maintenance. The amount is significant as I am based in Mumbai, India.

Please give your inputs if you all like the concept. I may need
donations as active support. Or else if anyone is ready to host it may
please come forward.

The Forum name should essentially be research scholar with only
scientific activity & blogging. No illegal software/book trade.

Thanks for your interest in the common activity.

Hi sid
This is Sridevi From HCU.I think you use a solenoid pinch valve to arrest the excess flow which can be controlled by logic pulses or manually controlled by a switch. This is one of the research carried by Dr Shailly Varma in our lab.I think this information would help you.

Can U suggest me suitable chip & method to do it.
